FAQS

What Happens at a Consultation?

Your consultation is the first step in your personalized journey to confidence and wellness. We’ve designed an experience that is thorough, supportive, and completely tailored to your goals—whether they’re aesthetic, hormonal, or intimate in nature.

To ensure you get the most out of your visit, here’s exactly how to prepare:

1. Complete All Paperwork Prior to the Intake Call

To deliver the most personalized care, all forms must be completed before your Intake Call.

This includes:

  • Patient Intake Form
  • Medical History
  • Medications & Allergies
  • CIQ (Concerns & Interest Questionnaire)

Your paperwork will be reviewed during your Intake Call and will not be repeated during your in-person consultation. Completing these forms accurately and thoughtfully allows our providers to spend your consultation time focusing entirely on you—your concerns, your questions, and your personalized care plan.

2. Plan to Spend 60–75 Minutes With Us

This is not a rushed appointment—it’s a comprehensive and caring consultation.

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early
  • Wear clothing that’s comfortable and easy to change out of, if needed for examination
  • Bring a list of your current medications or supplements
  • Be ready to talk about your timeline or upcoming events if relevant to your treatment goals

3. Childcare & Phone-Free Policy

To make the most of your consultation, we kindly ask:

  • Please do not bring children or pets to your appointment
  • Phones must be silenced during your visit
  • This is your time—fully focused on you

4. Understand the Consultation Fee

  • The consultation fee is $200
  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your consultation may be rescheduled

5. What You’ll Receive in Your Custom Consultation Pack

Your provider and PCC will prepare a personalized folder just for you. It may include:

  • Welcome Letter & Practice Overview
  • Meet Your Provider – Bio & Credentials
  • Treatment Education Sheets for services that best align with your goals
  • Pre-Treatment Prep Guide
  • Product & Procedure Recommendations
  • Treatment Plan Summary & Quote
  • Financial Policies & Payment Options
  • “The Right Choice” Checklist – what to ask if you’re comparing practices
  • Patient Testimonials – real stories from patients like you

You’ll leave your consultation informed, confident, and with a personalized roadmap to achieve your goals.

1. Your Arrival

  • You’ll be welcomed at the front desk by a member of our team who will greet you by name.

2. Meeting Your Provider

  • Your provider or Patient Care Coordinator will walk you to a private consultation room.
  • You’ll start your visit fully clothed to allow for an open, comfortable dialogue.
  • Your provider will review your intake and CIQ responses before they ask anything.
  • Your provider will listen to your questions and concerns and ensure everything is addressed—to ensure you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Questions you can expect:

  • “How long have you had these concerns?”
  • “Have you tried any treatments before? What were the results?”
  • “Do you have any upcoming events or goals that would impact your timeline?”
  • “How have these concerns affected your confidence, lifestyle, or relationships?”

This conversation is about you. We’re here to understand your goals—not rush your decisions.

3. Your Personalized Exam (if applicable)

  • The exam will be gentle, discreet, and focused on making you feel supported and informed.
  • You’ll have every opportunity to ask questions.

4. Your Custom Treatment Plan

Once the exam is complete:

  • Your provider will step out to finalize your personalized recommendations.
  • You’ll receive a custom Consultation Pack tailored just for you.

    • 6 months

We’re here for you at every stage—whether you book today or need more time. This is your journey, and we’re honored to walk it with you.

MedSpa/Non-Surgical Gynecologic Consultation & Treatments:

To reserve a MedSpa or Non-Surgical Gynecologic consultation appointment we require a credit card to be held on file and a $200 consultation fee upon booking. To reserve a treatment appointment for ANY MedSpa or Non-Surgical Gynecologic service we require a credit card to be held on file and a 20% deposit of the service fee.

We understand schedule adjustments are necessary at times; however, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations, or rescheduling of appointment date, time and/or service. When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and subsequently, patients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointment reminders are sent via text and email 1 week prior to your appointment, 2 days prior, and on the day of your appointment because we understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

To be respectful of other patients’ needs and serve our patients in a timely manner, we ask you to be on time for your scheduled appointment. Please call the office if you are going to be late or think you will be late. To prevent inconveniencing the next scheduled patient, you will not receive an extension of scheduled services. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged the scheduled appointment treatment fee and be asked to reschedule your appointment.

We accept the following forms of payment: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Personal Checks, Cash, Money Orders, Care Credit, and United Credit Financing.

Multiple financing options are available for elective procedures, including no interest loans for 6 months. The qualification process takes just minutes either online or by phone. Please contact our Patient Care Coordinator for details if this option interests you.

Consultations Cancellations/No Show:

If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, your consultation fee is no longer refundable, and you will be required to pay a new Consultation Fee to book another consultation appointment.

Treatment Cancellations/No Show:

If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you forfeit your 20% deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit upon booking another appointment. If you have prepaid for a package and do not cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, you forfeit a treatment from your package.

Patient Appointment Protocol states that if a client cancels same day or no-shows two consecutive appointments, consultation fees and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, and you will need to find another provider.

Gorgeous always wins.
