Treatment Process

Each CoolSculpting Elite session takes between 1 and 4 hours, depending on the number of areas being treated. Applicators are placed on the target area, drawing tissue gently into the cooling panel. You may feel pressure, pulling, and intense cold for the first few minutes, but the area quickly becomes numb and most patients describe the rest of the session as comfortable. Most patients use the time to rest, read, or work.

Aftercare

There is little to no downtime after CoolSculpting Elite. Some patients experience temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, or numbness in the treated area, all of which typically resolve on their own. Most patients return to normal activity right away.
