What Is the Vampire Wing Lift?
The Vampire Wing Lift®, also called the Labial Puff, is a non-surgical labial augmentation treatment designed to restore volume and support tissue quality in the labia majora, the outer folds of tissue surrounding the vaginal opening.
It combines hyaluronic acid dermal filler with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) derived from your own blood. The use of both PRP and dermal filler for this treatment is considered off-label.
How Does the Vampire Wing Lift Work?
The Vampire Wing Lift combines the immediate volumizing effects of hyaluronic acid dermal filler with the regenerative support of PRP. Filler is precisely placed in the labia majora to restore lost volume and improve fullness and contour, providing an immediate change in volume.
PRP, prepared from a small sample of your own blood, works more gradually. While the Vampire Wing Lift is designed for concerns related to lost volume, fullness, contour, and mild-to-moderate laxity of the outer labia, labiaplasty may be a better option when the goal is to surgically reduce or reshape existing tissue.

What to Expect With the Vampire Wing Lift at Entice
Consultation
Your experience begins with a consultation to discuss your concerns, medical history, anatomy, and what you hope to change. Your provider will determine whether the Vampire Wing Lift is appropriate for your goals and explain what you can realistically expect from treatment.
Before treatment, patients must have an up-to-date normal Pap test and a recent normal vaginal exam to help ensure there are no active infections. Your provider will review complete pre-treatment instructions with you, including hydration, hair removal, and any medications that may increase bruising.
Treatment
When you are ready for treatment, a small amount of blood is drawn from your arm and processed to prepare the PRP. Topical numbing is applied for comfort, and hyaluronic acid dermal filler and PRP are then precisely injected into the labia majora, with careful attention to volume, symmetry, and contour.
Aftercare and Recovery
Recovery is minimal, and you may resume normal daily activities after treatment. Some swelling is expected during the first one to two days, and small temporary nodules may be felt as the area settles.
You should avoid baths, pools, and hot tubs for 48 hours and laser or radiofrequency treatments in the area for eight weeks. Your provider will review your complete post-treatment instructions with you.

Vampire Wing Lift Results
Volume from the filler is visible immediately, although swelling during the first one to two days can temporarily affect the appearance of the treated area. As the area settles, PRP is intended to support tissue quality over time, with full results generally evaluated around the three-month mark.

Is the Vampire Wing Lift surgical?
No. It is a minimally invasive in-office injectable treatment. It does not require incisions or general anesthesia, and patients may resume normal activities after treatment.
Does the Vampire Wing Lift hurt?
Most patients report minimal discomfort. Topical numbing is applied before treatment to help minimize discomfort. Individual experiences vary, but your provider will take steps to keep you comfortable throughout the procedure.
Do I need PRP, or can I have filler alone?
Labial filler may be performed on its own, depending on your concerns and goals. The Vampire Wing Lift combines hyaluronic acid dermal filler for volume and contour with PRP to support the appearance and quality of the treated tissue over time. Your provider will evaluate your anatomy and help determine whether filler alone or the combined Vampire Wing Lift approach is more appropriate for you.
Can the filler be dissolved if I do not like the result?
Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme if needed. Your provider will discuss this during your consultation.

Is the Vampire Wing Lift FDA approved?
The Vampire Wing Lift involves off-label use of both platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and hyaluronic acid dermal filler in the labia majora. “Off-label” means these products have not been specifically approved by the FDA for this particular use. Your provider will discuss the treatment, potential risks, alternatives, and expected outcomes with you before you decide whether to proceed.
Can the Vampire Wing Lift be combined with other treatments?
Yes. Depending on your anatomy and goals, your provider may recommend combining the Vampire Wing Lift with external Votiva treatment.
